On Saturday, August 5, special fortunate rides will close the Ventspils City Festival in evening from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. with a chance to take a ride with the narrow-gauge train ‘Mazbānītis’ on the Circle Line (Seaside Open-air Museum, 2 Riņķa Street). The opportunity to ride a historical, more than a hundred-year-old train will cost the price of train tickets (see schedule at https://muzejs.ventspils.lv/piejuras-brivdabas-muzejs/mazbanitis/kustibas-saraksts/).

Then, on Sunday, August 6, the museum in the Seaside Open-air Museum (2 Riņķa Street) will be opened from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and, from 12 to 5 p.m., everyone is welcome on the Craft Day Market and craft performances featuring wishing wells to be found in almost each homestead! There will be activities for children, animals of the mini zoo “Buki”, while dogs of Ventspils Dog School will show what they can do; you, in turn, can ride around the museum at a leisurely pace on horseback. At 2 p.m., a music performance by the band LAUKU MUZIKANTI will start. Don’t forget to check out new beehouse yards because those who can solve the puzzle will also get the special Craft Day honey!

Ventspils Museum admission according to the museum’s price list.
