The residents of Ventspils are invited to participate in the virtual parade of spooky costumes of the “dark hours”, sending a photo to the representative of the Ventspils Culture Centre to her e-mail. Photos taken in urban environment are especially welcome. On 31 October, the author of the most interesting photo will receive a sweet prize from the cafeteria “Bitīte”.
