This spring, the Lake Būšnieki Nature Trail undergoes significant infrastructure improvements. A new tactile stand and signs have been installed at the trail, and the surrounding environment has been cleaned and organised, for example, in the eastern part the nature trail will be improved with seven stylised fish sculptures.

The Tourism Information Centre of Ventspils encourages you to enjoy the nature and draw the inspiration from the sea, dunes, lakes, rivers, forests, meadows and marshes, observe the plants growing therein and meet the wildlife during the spring time. There are several shorter and longer nature trails and hiking routes in the surroundings of Ventspils.
