Ventspils Science Centre VIZIUM invites science enthusiasts, mysticism fans and all adventure seekers to participate in the thematic event for adults “Mysticism and Science”, where the inhabitants of the black box, mysteries of illusions and crimes, secrets of magic tricks, as well as knowledge in mystical mind games will be revealed in a positive atmosphere.
Can you believe everything you see? Can science explain all the mystical? These questions will be answered at the “Mysticism and Science” event, where visitors will have the opportunity to watch the magical performances of illusionist Edžus, as well as to look behind the scenes of this magic, take part in various fun activities, investigate, study fingerprints, find out whether the mind can be fooled by various illusions, or whether you can rely on your sense of touch and associations. In mind games, everyone will have the opportunity to test their erudition and knowledge of various mystical questions.
DJ Slīmests Slaists will provide a special musical atmosphere throughout the evening, and everyone will have the opportunity to capture fun moments with friends and loved ones in front of the mystical mirror, receiving a photo print as a souvenir!
The event “Mysticism and Science” will take place on 3 November, 19.00 – 23.00, on the 2nd floor of the Science Centre VIZIUM.

All the proposed activities will be organised so as to ensure that all visitors are able to participate in each and every one of them. Entrance: main entrance of the VIZIUM Science Centre on the first floor.
Entrance fee 10 EUR. Entry is 18 years and over with proof of identity. Drinks and snacks are not included in the entry ticket price – the West Cafe will be on hand to provide drinks. Tickets for the event are also available for pre-sale at the Science Centre box office and online at www.vizium.lv under “Tickets”. On the day of the event, tickets can be purchased until 22.00. 22.00.
