Ventspils Adventure Park annually hosts the opening event of the Ventspils summer tourism and cycling season, which is traditionally preceded by a bicycle ride through the city streets. The bike ride takes place on two tracks – the long track (8.6 km) and the small track for children (2.1 km). Children under the age of 9 are the first to go on the track.
