ince 2000, the fountain has been decorating the yard of Ventspils University of Applied Sciences, and it is designed as elegant giant drops through which water flows.
The large decorative drops of the fountain have acquired the name “Student tears” in the vernacular (sculptor G. Panteļejevs, architect A. Veidemanis).
