As you know, Prāta Vētra will go on a concert tour across Latvia this summer, delighting fans in five cities – on July 26 in Jelgava, August 2 in Valmiera, 9. on August 9 in Ventspils, 16. on August 16 in Daugavpils and on August 23 in Riga, at the Mežaparks Great Stage. The band is pleased to announce that the special guest of the Pirmās dienas tūre will be the young and talented Chris Noah, whose hits “Cik tālu vēl?”, “Nomodā” and “Kādreiz” have topped Latvian radio charts, while his album Atvadas nav skumjas, ja zinām, ka drīz tiksimies led to two sold-out concerts at the “Palladium” concert hall.

“Our big concerts always have a special guest who greets and delights the audience at the start of the evening. We believe that Chris Noah’s performance together with his wonderful friends will be a great opportunity to hear and discover a rising star of Latvian pop music! Romance is not dead, and you’ll have to stay awake all night,” Prāta Vētra says with excitement.
Chris Noah: “I’m honored and grateful to the Prāta Vētra team for such an opportunity! In some of the tour cities, I have never performed before, and I’m eagerly looking forward to the start of the Pirmās dienas tūre. Prāta Vētra concerts have always been a highly anticipated event for me as well — this summer, together with the band, we’ll give the very best we can!”

At concert venues in Jelgava, Valmiera, Ventspils, and Daugavpils, the gates will open at 18:00, while on August 23 in Riga, at the Mežaparks Great Stage, concertgoers will be welcomed starting from… 17:00. Concert starts at 20:00. Tickets for concerts across Latvia are available at the ticket sales website ekase.lv, the TC “Spice” information center, the store “Manilla,” and city box offices in Jelgava, Valmiera, Ventspils, and Daugavpils. “We are wholeheartedly involved in the planning and organization of a large-scale, high-level concert show. At the moment, we are filming the concert visuals, working closely with the cities, planning the tour logistics, and doing everything to keep it exciting for ourselves while ensuring that the audience can sing along to both the new album ‘Pūķa lietošanas instrukcija’ and the already beloved songs of Prāta Vētra. We would like to inform you that starting from June 16, a ticket price change is planned,” says the Prāta Vētra team.

GRupa thanks the concert tour supporters, without whose help it would be much more difficult to deliver the planned concert show. The tour is presented by Mītava non-alcoholic beer and supported by Signet Bank, DSV, Storent, Samsung, Balcia, CityBee, Neste, the magazine “Pastaiga,” news portal Delfi, TV3 Group, JcDecaux, Dienas Mediji, Radio TEV, and radio EHR Latviešu Hiti. Tickets for the concert scheduled on August 9 at Reņķa Garden in Ventspils can be purchased at the box office of the “Latvija” concert hall only during regular working hours.
