As part of the City Festival on Saturday, August 2, Night Sledding activities will take place at Adventure Park. Until 2:00 AM, visitors can slide down the largest illuminated sled track in the Baltics, enjoy the lit-up trampoline complex, and have fun on inflatable attractions, where headlamps will be provided during the dark hours.
The festive night atmosphere at the Sled Track will be enhanced with special effects — smoke and lights — while DJ Jānis K will keep the energy high. A mobile café will also be available.
Entry to Adventure Park is free, but sledding costs €5 per run for adults, €3 for youth aged 8 to 17, and is free for children aged 3 to 7 when accompanied by a paying adult. The trampoline complex visit costs €4 for 10 minutes, and inflatable attractions cost €4 for 30 minutes.
The largest all-season toboggan track in the Baltics, located in Adventure Park, was opened on June 10, 2023. The toboggan has become a popular attraction for both locals and visitors. The total length of the track is 800 meters, with a 580-meter run featuring 360-degree turns. The two-seater sleds can reach speeds up to 40 km/h and are equipped with an advanced electronic braking system and electric brakes to ensure self-braking and avoid collisions. The track and sleds were manufactured by Josef Wiegand GmbH & Co. KG in Germany, one of the world’s leading toboggan track producers.
As part of the Ventspils City Festival, on Friday, August 1st, the Beach Aquapark will be open to visitors from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The entrance fee for the Aquapark night is 8 EUR per person.
