On June 6 at 7:00 PM, Ugāle Evangelical Lutheran Church invites listeners to the concert “Solaris”.
The concert will feature saxophonist and teacher of the Arts Education Competence Center “Ventspils Music High School” Daiga Solovyova, graduates of her academic saxophone playing class, currently professional musicians and teachers Kristaps Vanags, Betija Paula Kraulere and Kristīne Šķēle, as well as current students Harijs Stūris, Nikija Emīlija Geka, Sabīne Truhņēviča, Līva Gipsle and organist Maija Solovyova.
At the center of the program is the piece that gave the title to the entire concert – the opus for saxophone and organ “Solaris” composed by Harijs Stūras in 2025.
