Although summer is already here, the warmth doesn’t want to pamper us, so let’s start treating ourselves with musical evenings on the beach shore while watching the sunset.
“Ventspils Sunset Music Evenings” is a concert series held throughout the summer at the café “PLACE TO BE” on Ventspils South Beach, bringing together various musicians.
On July 4 at 9:00 PM, this year’s series will open with the vibrant and unpredictable ethno-jazz group MǬ — a collective of six creative personalities who boldly blend Latvian folk songs with improvisation and electronics. Their sound is rooted in tradition but looks forward — experimental, lively, and always surprising.
Entrance to the concert is free.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the event organizer reserves the right to reschedule the concert to another time.
The concert is supported by the city of Ventspils.
