From At 12:00 we invite you to participate in thematic workshops for families – we will make boats from pine bark. The museum offers to remember children’s activities of the 20th century and for families to work together!
At At 13.10, the museum’s event “The Museum Inspires!” will feature a mini concert featuring historical musical instruments. An opportunity to hear sounds that have retained their magic and unique sound throughout the ages.
We offer three exhibitions for art and history lovers:
- Alexey Naumov’s solo exhibition “POLYCHROME”
- Exhibition “Beijing / Beautiful” – a glimpse into the world of traditional Japanese women (exhibits from a private collection)
- Ventspils Museum collection exhibition “ARTISTS” – about the beginning of artistic life in Ventspils in the first half of the 20th century.
- “Horses and Horseback Riding in the Duchy of Courland-Zemgale” – last chance to see the traveling exhibition from the Rundāle Palace Museum
