At the H. Dorbe Museum, we invite you to step back into the 1970s when, instead of modern digital projectors, families used slide projectors during cozy evenings to watch mountain hikes, boat trips, and of course, their favorite garden flowers projected onto a bright wall or hanging sheet. During the slide evenings titled “What’s in the Garden?” we will view images of Ventspils’ home gardens from the 1970s and 1980s.
