My name is Taiga. I bake various cakes, including carrot cakes, homemade cakes and roll biscuits. I have been baking cakes for 25 years.

I am a suiti woman, also a singer; I am the guardian and custodian of the preservation and promotion of the culinary heritage for future generations.

And so I have been working on it for the last four years (also together with the suiti women “Maģie suiti” (“Little suiti”)), so that it would be recognisable in the region and abroad.
