A witty and tragicomic story about how our lives are affected by bureaucracy and absurd laws that do not appear out of thin air, they are written by our fellow citizens. An official of the Republic of Latvia decides to give his son's kindergarten a piano, because the piano at home is unused. The new head of the kindergarten is happy, because the state does not have extra money to provide the children with real pianos. And then an endless series of misunderstandings begins, because - this is a "conflict of interest".
