These are the words from the title song of the Christmas concert“Rejoice, O stars”, created by the well-known singer and composer Nik Matveyev. The song miraculously accurately marks this, so unforgettable time of change for all of us, which makes us think and look at the stars more than usual, pray and pray, search, hope and love. Music has always been the one that helps in difficult times, the one that can heal, support and make us happy. We will be happy to meet you at our concerts!
The Christmas program is a dedication to the mother of us all – EARTH!
The concert will feature both known and completely unheard compositions by Raimonds Pauls and Nikas Matvejevs, songs by Imants Kalniņš, Jānis Lūsēns, Uldis Marhilēvičs, Ingus Feldmanis, and songs from Marija's latest album "Uz ilūziju tilta", as well as new original compositions.
