On Wednesday, May 10, at 17.30:4 p.m., the photo exhibition “May 1990. XNUMX” by Juris Presņikovs will be opened at the Ventspils Main Library.
The exhibition includes 32 photographs in which the artist has reflected the events of May 1990, 4 in Riga near the then Supreme Council building and the demonstration on the Daugava embankment after the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. The photographs also show Ventspils residents who voted for the restoration of the independence of the Republic of Latvia.
