On June 11, at 13 p.m., the second concert of the “Organ Music on Sundays” series “I Thank God for Every Hour!” will be performed in the “Latvija” concert hall, featuring Larisa Bulava, professor of the organ class at the Latvian Academy of Music, and Juris Vizbulis, tenor of the Latvian National Opera.

The concert offers a rich palette of sacred music for a variety of listeners' tastes. The program includes works by well-known international and Latvian composers.

The concert hall "Latvija" will feature music by Johann Sebastian Bach, George Frideric Handel, Ludwig van Beethoven, Cesar Franck, Jānis Kalniņš and Jānis Ivanovs, allowing you to enjoy both solo organ and compositions for organ and tenor voice. A song by Jānis Kalniņš has been chosen as the title of the concert, which is also included in the program.

The concert is organized by SIA "Kurzemes filharmonija". The event is financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Ventspils City Municipality.
