The concert will feature the brightest arias from the operas of Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Francesco Cilea and Antonín Dvořák. On stage, Kristīne Opolais will be accompanied by pianist Agnese Egliņa – the singer's long-time stage partner, whose attractive musicianship, subtle musical sense and energetic presence give the performances a special liveliness and emotional nuance.

Kristīne Opolais's voice and stage charisma have captivated audiences in the world's most prestigious opera houses for years, where she has created unforgettable characters in the works of Puccini, Verdi and other opera masters. Her artistic style is characterized by emotional truth, temperamental interpretation and the ability to reveal an entire story with a single phrase. From Riga to New York, London and Milan - Kristīne Opolais has become one of the most internationally recognizable ambassadors of Latvian culture. The artist admits that each solo concert is a special event for her: “I feel happy at a solo concert because I am the owner of my own evening. I create it the way I want, and no one can disturb me. I have a special connection with the audience, and I feel infinitely happy after each concert – no matter if it’s with the piano or the orchestra. These are the best moments. I love working with Agnes. We have already had several concert programs, we have also performed in Brazil and China. We have a great experience together.”
The concerts are organized by SIA “Kurzemes filharmonija” with the support of Ventspils City Municipality and the State Cultural Capital Foundation. Tickets can be purchased at all “Biļešu paradīze” sales points, including the box office of the “Latvija” concert hall, and online – bilesuparadize.lv.
