One of the most powerful Latvian rock bands, “Dzelzs Vilks”, celebrating more than 30 years on stage and the recently released album “Jauni”, is embarking on the band’s most ambitious concert tour to date, “Dzelzs Vilks. Jauni 30”.
“Dzelzs vilks” has been an explosive phenomenon in the Latvian rock music scene for a little over three decades, both on the band’s recordings and on concert stages. With 15 studio albums and seven Latvian Music Record of the Year awards under their belt, “Dzelzs vilks” consistently gathers fans of all generations at concerts, keeping the audience on a strong rock music wave with every performance.
The band “Dzelzs vilks” was founded in 1991 in Mālpils by its lead singer, guitarist and songwriter Juris Kaukulis, whose voice timbre, charismatic performance style and tireless energy cannot be confused with any other. The band currently also includes Kaspars Tobis (synthesizers), Mārcis Judzis (drums) and Kārlis Alviķis (bass).
The concert tour "Iron Wolf. New 30" will feature both beloved compositions, rarely performed pieces, and the latest work of "Iron Wolf".
