About the first Osokina and “Deutsche Grammophone"the joint project has become an album"For Arvo”, which comes out on the eve of the 90th anniversary of the great Estonian composer Arvo Pärt. Pärt is an extremely important figure in the academic music of the 20th and 21st centuries. His path – from radical avant-garde to sacred minimalism (“new simplicity”) – led through the composer’s own creation inktinnabuli style and develop into a true spiritual quest that reflects the inner transformations of an entire era. Plan "For Arvo" is a unique pianistic project, which includes original works by Pert and new piano transcriptions created by Osokin. These are not simple re-arrangements – they are a rebirth of music with a new meaning, given by the prism of the experience of a living performing artist.
