Created in 2005 in the Pārventa Center (author Gunārs Platpīrs).
The fountain “Kāpu priede” is located in the center of Pārventa.
The fountain is designed as a stylized tree with water jets in its branches, from which various types of water jets rain and change – sometimes like a waterfall, sometimes like rain or fog. All this effect is complemented by the play of light. The fountain is 9 m in diameter, 5 m high.
