An athletics hall was opened in the Pārventa Sports Complex in September 2017. During the construction, the assembly hall of the 3rd secondary school and the library premises were rebuilt, which are now equipped with exercise and fitness halls. By building a passage, these rooms are connected to the Pārventa Sports Complex. A new floor has been laid in the athletics and fitness rooms, a new heating and ventilation system has been built, and new showers, toilets and changing rooms have been built.
The 285 m² gym and fitness room is equipped with modern equipment.
