The port piers were built in 1905 according to the design of port engineer M. Šistovskis.
It is a great place to walk to watch the sunset, the mighty waves of the sea during a storm, as well as the large ships entering the port. You can take a walk along the South Pier promenade, which leads all the way to the lighthouse.
A wonderful view of the city and the sea can be enjoyed from the 19 m high Observation tower.
Also on display here is the 4 m high sculpture "Cow-Sailor", Ships: "Azova", "Grots", "Rota", as well as the giant "Chair", made of anchor chain links.
