Next to the bright bed “Jūras akmentiņi” in the Sarkanmuiža meadow, a four-meter-high and seven-meter-long flower sculpture in the shape of a cow has been created.
It was opened in 2012, in preparation for the ten-year celebrations of the Ventspils Cow Parade.
