An artificial elevation of relief for the placement of flower sculptures and flower beds. The composition of the flower sculpure contains a real bobsleight, which is pushed at the start by four flower bobsleoght riders.
The bobsleight was presented to the city by Sandis Prūsis, who cames form nearby. Around 400 flower plants were used.
The sculpture was made in 2004.
