The center was established by a private entrepreneur, whose idea was supported in the financing competition announced by the municipality for the creation of an indoor active recreation center for children in Ventspils, providing financial support from the municipality of 25 euros per year for a three-year period.
The indoor children's active recreation center "Dreamland Ventspils" is located on the first floor of the building at Jūras Street 9, occupying approximately 730 m2 spacious premises. It is planned that up to 80 people can stay there at the same time. The new indoor children's active recreation center significantly complements the range of entertainment offers in our city. We can call "Sapna Zemi" a children's town under the roof. A place where children aged 2 to 12 can be active and spend many hours full of joy.
The creator of Sapņu zemē, Linda Alhimoviča, says that this is one of the largest entertainment centers of its kind in Kurzeme. The children's entertainment center will start operating in renovated premises and the environment will be accessible to people with mobility impairments. The building has an expanded parking lot, and since the center operates mainly in the afternoons and evenings, parking spaces are also available on Andreja Street.
The center's creator has prepared a wide range of offerings - a two-story obstacle course, at one end of which there is a tube slide, at the other - slides that lead into a large ball pool, trampolines, a Spider wall, a carousel, a stepladder area, a candy store Candy POP, two private party rooms, a separate kids' corner, a mom's room, and other surprises.

*Children with disabilities, upon presentation of a certificate, are admitted to the public free of charge, accompanied by a responsible person.
Prices for children's parties:
- Monday - Thursday: 75.00 euros/h
- Friday – Sunday; holidays: 90.00 euros/h
*The price includes 20 people (adults and children). For each additional person +8.00 euros for the entire duration of the celebration;
*When booking a party, a deposit of 50.00 euros is required; if the party is canceled, the deposit is not refunded;
*Arrival 10 minutes before the party, and departure 10 minutes after the party. You must pay for the time spent there.
