The Basketball Hall of the Olympic Center "Ventspils" was ceremonially opened on October 1997, 25. The basketball hall with a multifunctional sports hall and stands for 3000 spectators, as well as boxing, wrestling, gymnastics and athletics halls, a sauna complex and a doctor's office is one of the central facilities of the Olympic Center "Ventspils".
The hall hosts both daily training sessions and Latvian and European basketball games. The basketball hall has also become home to the basketball club "Ventspils". The first floor of the basketball hall is open every day. Cafe "Bullīts", where the menu includes soups and main courses, as well as delicious desserts and daily specials.
