To better understand the bog and the life of its inhabitants, a bog boardwalk has been installed in one of the Stikli bogs – Vasenieki bog. Visitors can view both the deteriorated part of the bog by walking along the bog drainage ditch and comparing it with the lively and natural part of the bog.
The route is 4 km long.
At the beginning of the bog boardwalk there is a picnic area. And in the middle of the boardwalk - observation tower.
The best time for bird watching is in April and May, as well as before bird migration in early October.
To explore the flora and fauna of the moss bog, you can also take a XNUMX–XNUMX km bike ride.
