Labraga Beach is located at the mouth of the Rīva River.
To the northeast of Pāvilosta, you can see excellent grey dune landscapes, but just a few kilometers further on, one of the most beautiful sections of the Jūrtaka begins, with excellent steep banks over 20 km long. The most interesting steep bank landscapes can be seen at the mouths of the Strante, Ulmale and Rīva rivers. In many places, orchids bloom in the lower part of the coastal erosion in summer. In Jūrkalne and its surroundings, you can watch “two sunsets”, the first from the beach, and the second – a short moment later – from the top of the steep bank.
