Well-equipped accommodation in the city center - TV, WC and shower in the rooms. On the first floor of the building there is a hairdresser, beauty salon, solarium, and massage services are also available. The guesthouse offers to rent the lobby for presentations, training seminars and other events.
Kupfernams is located in the heart of Ventspils, in a building dating back to 1820. The construction of this building was carried out by the German Aleksandrs, son of Teodoras, Kupfers. This building contains historical evidence from the beginning of the 19th century to the present day. Also historically, a hotel has been located on the second floor of this building.
The building was awarded the European Cultural Heritage Award in 2007 for its successful renovation; in 2005, the Ventspils Architecture Annual Award “Baltā dūna” for the interior of the building, as well as a special award for contribution to the restoration of the historical building. The guesthouse has repeatedly won awards in the competition “Best Accommodation Company in Ventspils” organized by the city of Ventspils. Since 2003, the restored building Kupfernams has opened its doors to visitors.
The guesthouse is located in the historical center of Ventspils city, 40 m from the city's main street. A minute's walk away is the city's public transport stop, which provides traffic to the city beach, Seaside Park, water park and other tourist attractions. Distance to the intercity bus station – 400 m, port promenade and Ventspils ferry terminal – 600m. The Old Town with the Livonian Order Castle, observatory and planetarium, Town Hall Square, House of Writers and Craftsmen, and the market are 5 min. walk away.
