The guest house "Martas Nams" is located on the ring road that encloses the center of Ventspils. Riņķa Street is the border between the hustle and bustle of the city and the peace of the countryside. The air is filled with the scent of the freshness of the sea and pine resin.
At Martas Namas you will be able to enjoy a great rest, while at the same time conveniently and quickly reach popular tourist and commercial attractions. A 7-minute walk to the Baltic Sea will also take you to the Seaside Open-Air Museum, Jurmala Park and Pludmale Aquapark. Walking in the other direction, you will be able to have fun at the Adventure Park or attend classes at Ventspils University of Applied Sciences. In turn, you can reach the Old Town, Ostas Street Promenade and the Business Center on foot in 15 minutes.
The guesthouse is located in a beautiful wooden architectural residential building, renovated in 2012. 9 well-appointed rooms can accommodate 23 people.
All rooms are decorated in light tones, which will create a feeling of coziness for you, the rooms have a modern interior, they are equipped with modern plumbing and communications. The rooms have wireless internet, television, hairdryer, electric kettle, refrigerator. In a separate shared kitchen, dishes and necessary household appliances for preparing meals are available.
We provide each guest with a comfortable bed, clean, fragrant bedding for a good night's sleep, and towels and liquid soap for comfort. A washing machine and dryer are available.
The guest house territory is very spacious and fenced, so that adults can be safe in their cars and children can play in the fresh air. A barbecue can be used on the furnished outdoor terrace. For an additional fee, you can relieve fatigue and improve your health in the sauna.
A hall is available for private and corporate events.
