Ventspils Technical School invites you to a master class “Winter Floristry” on December 4, 2025 at 6:00 PM, led by the creative and inspiring master Ilze Krekovska, co-founder of the creative space “Florists”.
When nature goes into winter peace and the days become shorter, we increasingly want to bring warmth, light and harmony into our homes. In summer and autumn, this happens quite naturally – gardens and meadows are full of materials that inspire creative work. In winter, however, nature invites us to search, find and create from what seems simple and modest. Florist and interior designer Ilze Krekovska will show and teach you how to do this, what materials to use and how to create a special winter mood.
During the master class, participants will work practically with natural materials – leaves, branches and dry plants – by learning them match by color, shape, and texture. Each participant will make your own unique interior decor, which after the master class will perfectly complement the interior of every home.
