Usma yacht club is the only inland water yacht harbor; there are 65 slips. It is on the north of the lake in Bērzragdangas, 1.2km from the road from Rīga to Ventspils, and 141km from Rīga.

The yacht club was established in the autumn of 1972. Regattas in a local and state level happen in the lake on a regular basis. From 2005, every year in Usma Sailing World Championship’s stages for micro class happen. 

There is also a Youth Sailing School in the club, where children from eight to fifteen are training.
